I really should try to brave the crowds to see Chin Chin at night, but so far I’ve been sticking to their lunch service and I’ve never had to wait for a table.
The oyster omelette is crisp with fresh oysters, and the tom yum soup, a clear lemongrass broth with fish dumplings, and quite a kick.
The newcomer, the wok fried asian mushrooms was fragrant & juicy.

The grass fed short rib I love. It’s one we had before and keep coming back to. It’s tender & fragrant of cane sugar, the sweetness of the sticky sauce balanced by the side of prik nahm pla.
A dish with two faces, the crispy barramundi on one end with shards of green apple, and fatty pork on the other.
