The ice cream sandwich was precisely that, between two slices of buttery brioche, not nearly as soft and fluffy, there’s a rich vanilla bean flecked coconut ice cream with dessicated coconut, grilled pineapple soaked in a dark rum maple syrup, think malibu pineapple or pina colada on a plate for you alcos out there.
