It’s been a while since Chin Chin. The familiar flavours are bold as ever, with streaks of heat emanating from each dish. The soup - a favourite of mine wherever I go, had quite a kick. The oysters fresh, with crisp omelette, doused with chilli sauce.

The short rib was wonderfully gelatinous & tender, the cane sugar glaze stickily sweet and the dipping sauces makes it deliciously spicy. Everything hits you at once.
