The first of what appears to be far too easy quick & dirty posts from my iPhone. Incredibly spoilt for choice, each offering was delectably enticing.
roast free range chicken, crushed peas, bacon marmalade, potato crisps // veal & porcini meatballs, herb dusted onion rings, three cheese sauce // crisp skin free range pork belly, apple, cabbage & fennel coleslaw, wilted silverbeet
I couldn’t go past the pork belly. The crackling was ridiculously crunchy & salty, with soft luscious juicy pork.
