Alongside their hot pot, I love their garlic, sesame & cold cucumber, the glass noodles & fish flavoured eggplant. The boiling fish in a golden basin yields a silkier infinitely smoother fish compared to the stock standard water boiled fish, almost less numbing. Beware the peppers nestled within the folds of the fish.
