The weather cleared up beautifully for our whirlwind of a weekend.
The first thing we did was head to Salamanca Market.
Slowly weaving our way through the market, nibbling on tarts, tempura mushrooms,
thick velvety chocolate fudge (the most delightful array at the very end of the strip), and poffertjes with warm blueberries.
Woodfire oven on wheels, and organic to boot. Shades of carrots & pale duck eggs.
I did not try a scallop pie, next time perhaps. The cow hoof, for the gourmand’s ……. pet.
