Castel - Hazelnut meringue, hazelnut cream & nougatine
Simply delightful. The nougatine and hazelnut meringue textures are reminiscent of the chewy sticky sensation of a hazelnut macaron but lighter. Crumbly shards. A little sweet, and layered with hazelnut cream. The tempered chocolate curls were divine.
