You don’t need to drive out to the suburbs. Crystal Jade and Shark Fin’s Inn are more than capable of holding their own.
The XLBs were disappointing, lacking the hot fragrant broth.
Prawn wrapped in crispy beancurd skin. My sinful indulgence.
Traditionally filled with pork mince, I had a delicious variation at Taipan last weekend which was filled with prawn and scallop.
Silky smooth. And so are their egg tarts.
