The thing about the ever popular Degraves is it can be a hit and a miss.

We wandered into La Citta, attracted by the availability of seats. My concern about the abundance of free tables during lunch hour was allayed when the food arrived.

Linguine with King Prawns, Tomato, Garlic & Chilli ($27)
Having decided to finish our lunch off with a hot waffle from Waffle On, we opt for the entree sizes all around.

Lamb Shank & Pea Risotto ($23.5)
The shank was tender, but I felt the dish was slightly lacking in seasoning. The risotto itself was cooked al dente.

Linguine with Mussels, Garlic, Tomato & Chilli ($19.5)
The lunch special came with a complimentary glass of wine.
