Heirloom’s Sushi Bar is one of my secret loves. You pick and choose what you want, opt for it to be served raw or seared, sashimi or sushi, and you may even dictate the topping you want. Delicious stunningly fresh fish, on soft fluffy rice. They suggest that you forego the chopsticks, and pick up the sushi by hand.

The prime spot is right in the middle of the counter. The full array of gorgeous fresh seafood right ripe for the picking.

Poached Pear with chocolate & pear sorbet and chocolate soil
Gorgeous molten chocolate hidden within the poached pear.
The desserts are a slight letdown, only because the sushi is phenomenal. I absolutely love Heirloom. Gorgeous fresh fish, customised to your liking, and you can eat to your heart’s content.
