It seems we’ve been on a roll lately. The yoghurt panna cotta, gorgeously light with fantastic notes of kaffir lime, topped with fresh fruit and muesli for the feel good factor. It reminded me of the lemon tofu breakfast brulee at Industry Beans and the toasted banana bread with maple mascarpone at Friends of Mine, it’s perfect for a sweet craving early in the morning, but nothing rich and heavy. The brioche custard pudding I had at De Clieu this morning just joined the ranks.
Staying right through for lunch, the pulled pork with brioche made for thick and juicy bites but I still had visuals of the pork belly roll at sister cafe Top Paddock.
